History

Working with our financial advisors, we became immensely skilled in understanding the market and the needs of our clients. We have worked with many of the world’s largest insurance companies and have shown them that there is a market for financial services for Asian Americans. In addition, we have worked with numerous agencies throughout the nation in helping them cultivate their Asian American market. Because of these achievements, we have received recognition for our efforts. While deeply appreciative of the awards given to us by our peers, we look ahead; the focus is on our clients and how we can best serve them.

RFN’s history is a remarkable story that begins with a single idea. In the 1980’s, the Asian American population in the United States was experiencing unprecedented growth. However, there was not a single financial firm that focused on the needs of these Asian clients. We believe that financial planning and wealth management are fundamental aspects of our lives that must be shared with others. By Serving Asian Americans across the nation, we were able to bring knowledge, dedication, and service to clients who were unfamiliar with the aspects of financial planning in the United States.

Over the years, our visionary approach has made us leaders in the financial market. We have spoken at international renowned conventions and have created extensive networking relationships with hundreds of financial professionals. We then looked to broaden our horizons and expand our services to clients who reside in foreign countries.

In the past 10 years, we have seen our international business expand beyond even our own expectations. Working with CPAs, financial firms and private banks in Taiwan and Hong Kong, we have been able to provide new and innovative solutions. 

Looking ahead, we feel that it is our duty to share this knowledge with our partners and to help clients across the globe. With our proven history, our vast knowledge base, and our friendships with many of the world’s largest financial institutions, our vision leads us ahead.
